WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS
Wastewater treatment plants range in size from domestic (suitable for single dwellings), to residential subdivision (suitable for managing wastewater from multiple single dwellings), to community systems (e.g. for recreational facilities). Key geotechnical issues include foundations, earthworks, and site topographical and geological features where on-site wastewater disposal is required. Comprehensive knowledge of the groundwater model is critical to on-site disposal.
Asset has carried out ground investigations and on-site wastewater disposal assessments for numerous domestic and community systems, providing advice on system selection and sizing, and disposal areas and locations, to meet Council and regulatory authority requirements.
